The window starts the day of your first successful charge, whichever plan it was for and whether you paid monthly, annually or once. Renewals after that first charge are not separately refundable.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
We do not prorate mid-cycle. Cancelling on day 3 of a month still gives you the rest of that month.
When something breaks on our side
If a failure in OverReact cost you a recording or wrecked a session you paid for, email billing@overreact.tv with the session ID and what happened. That is handled case by case and is not limited by the 14-day window.
How to ask
Email billing@overreact.tv from the address on the account. No forms, no retention call — we process it and reply when it is done.
Chargebacks
Email us before you open a dispute. A chargeback freezes the account until the bank resolves it, which takes far longer than us just refunding you.
